User Information

To use the app, you will need to sign in with your Google account. The data we collect about you is your email address, which you have provided to Google and subsequently shared with us during the sign-in process. This email address will be kept strictly confidential and is used for user licensing and to provide you with important product updates.

Data Collection and Usage

• When you use our add-on and sign in with your Google account, we collect your email address with your explicit permission. This is the bare minimum data required for the add-on to function, enabling user licensing and the delivery of product updates.
• Your data will be securely stored on Google servers and will not be transferred to any external servers and is subject to Google's security and privacy policies.
• We will not utilize your data for any commercial purposes such as market research, advertising, or personalized recommendations.
• Your information will remain confidential and will only be shared with others under specific circumstances, such as legal requirements or business transfers.

Maintaining the security of your account is your responsibility. You agree to keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Our services use the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication without requiring the user to share their login credentials with us. OAuth also allows secure access to the user’s data, as required by the add-ons, and the data resides strictly inside your Google account. We do not store any of your account data on our servers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain your data processed for GW Add-ons as long as necessary for its intended purpose or for related uses.

You can delete or deactivate your personal information by uninstalling the add-on or contacting us. We'll process your request within 5 business days.

Revoking the permissions

To review the permissions granted to any of our Add-on and remove them, please navigate to Google Account -> Third-party apps with account access -> Manage third-party access.

Workspace API User Data Policy

We do not retain user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

Generative AI APIs

Your data which you select in Google Sheet is sent to AI Provider's API as input prompts to get an intelligent Gen AI response based on it. We do not store any data

When you use AI models, your requests and any additional data you provide (like files, webpages, or images) will be processed and shared with the third-party provider of the model. You can always see this data in the conversation history. Your use of the AI provider is subjected to their respective policies.

Payments

To use the app, you will need to sign in with your Google account. You may optionally share your email address with us, which will be kept strictly confidential. This information is used for user licensing, payment receipts, and product updates.

We use other third parties payment processor, such as PayPal and Cashfree to bill you for services. We neither store nor have access to your credit card details.

This Add-on's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your use of this add-on are subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service. and the Generative AI APIs Additional Terms of Service.
